Tranfers request meets the following requirements.

Transfer will not be completed if the proof of payment has not been uploaded and submitted.
Clear Signature
Only the Club Owner or Manager may submit a request for transfer. It should not be done by a player, parent or spectator. The application will be discarded if this being infringed.
